Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain web applications in support of the organization’s web strategy
Design, build and maintain software modules for use within the applications
Support the telecommunications systems, computers, peripherals, and network of the company
Investigate, analyze and resolve inquiries received by phone, email, or chat
Collaborate with vendors and other departments to coordinate the projects and identify opportunities for improvement
Maintain records and prepare reports to fulfill business requirements
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, and/or relevant work experience
3+ years of experience in software development and administration
Expert with Java, Maven, Spring MVC, Oracle, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, jQuery
Strong interpersonal and organization skills
Team player with the ability to work independently
Preferred
Knowledge of SAP/ABAP programming preferred
Experience with Salesforce or CRM preferred
Experience with AWS preferred
Bilingual (English, Korean) preferred
Experience with Tableau is a plus
