Responsibilities
Facilitate the definition of project scope, deliverables, and milestones
Communicate and manage customer expectations at project and key stakeholder level
Define project tasks and resource requirements
Develop project plans and timelines to keep your projects in scope, on budget and on time
Assess risks to project time, quality, and scope, and develop contingencies/mitigation strategies with project stakeholders and escalate as necessary
Lead and drive the planning and implementation of multiple large-scale complex projects simultaneously
Manage personnel budget including revenue recognition and invoicing tasks in coordination with Finance department
Ensure documentation is captured and stored according to Sectra best practices
Travel as needed (up to 25%)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or equivalent experience in project management
Formal Project Management training or related industry discipline
5+ years of work experience as a project manager
Successful management of large, multi-facility, enterprise projects
Ability to work across time zones as needed to support the customer
Fluency in English
Preferred
PMP preferred, but not required
Familiarity with RIS / PACS / DICOM / HL7 and Radiology/Cardiology/Pathology workflow is a plus, but not required
