Responsibilities
Analyze and validate data accuracy by comparing with third-party sources, budgets, and actual results to support business decisions
Develop and maintain key performance indicators, and metrics to evaluate trends and project outcomes
Organize data-driven insights and deliver consistent reporting to inform business strategies and monitor progress
Collaborate with internal and external partners to align analytics approaches and provide expert guidance on best practices
Support business processes by preparing documentation, resolving issues, and responding to stakeholder inquiries
Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to process efficiency and compliance across functions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field OR 2 years' experience in data analytics, project management, business, or relevant area
Strong ability to analyze key performance indicators, and trends with accuracy and attention to detail
Experience documenting business requirements and collaborating with stakeholders to align analytical solutions with business needs
Proven skills in Customer service, both internal and external customers
Ability to communicate complex insights clearly and provide expert guidance on best practices
Commitment to integrity, compliance, and continuous improvement in business processes
Preferred
Analytics - Big Data, Data Analysis and Insights, Statistical Programming Language
