Verify and document all received goods and materials and report any discrepancies to the appropriate department
Prepare and package outgoing shipments, adhering to shipping guidelines and regulations
Maintain accurate inventory records and track receiving and shipping using a scanning system
Troubleshoot and resolve any receiving-related problems, such as damaged or missing items
Qualification
Required
Authorized to work in the US legally
Minimum 2 years' experience in a Shipping, Logistics, or Warehouse environment
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Practical experience with applicable software
