Creating detailed 3D models
Generating clash detection reports
Collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders
Ensuring efficient workflows for project visualization and delivery
Managing and improving digital construction methodologies
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) tools, including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other 3D modeling platforms
Experience in BIM coordination, clash detection, and resolving design conflicts
Strong skills in project collaboration, communication, and coordination with diverse teams and stakeholders
Knowledge of construction design processes, standards, and on-site implementation techniques
Expertise in problem-solving, attention to detail, and handling complex construction documentation and processes
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
Familiarity with industry-related software and tools, along with a willingness to adopt new technologies
Previous experience in the construction industry and VDC/BIM management is a significant advantage
