Responsibilities
Support daily maintenance operations across 2 NC sites in close proximity
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
Support and/or manage CAPEX projects
Improve and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs
Monitor and develop KPIs and use data to drive maintenance decisions
Utilize CMMS or similar tools to aid in establishing a world class maintenance organization
Prepare and manage maintenance budgets
Negotiate contracts with vendors and manage service agreements
Qualification
Required
