8+ years expSRM Digital LLC is seeking an experienced Fulcrum Application Lead with strong functional and technical expertise to support and enhance Fulcrum-based Field Service solutions. The role requires leadership capability, stakeholder management, and hands-on experience with Fulcrum app implementations, integrations, and production support, preferably within the Gas Utility domain.

Responsibilities
Provide functional and technical leadership for support and maintenance of the Fulcrum App supporting Field Service operations
Gather and analyze business requirements, perform gap analysis , and validate solution architecture
Lead system design, migration, testing, and release activities
Act as the primary liaison with the Fulcrum vendor for product defects and enhancements
Manage vendor tickets end-to-end, ensuring timely resolution, testing, and verification of fixes
Participate in strategic discussions and roadmap planning related to Fulcrum applications
Lead and mentor the Fulcrum support team , ensuring SLA adherence and service quality
Manage stakeholders across multiple levels of the customer organization
Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and progress reports to key stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Working knowledge of programming languages used with Fulcrum App, including JavaScript, Python, and Ruby
Strong experience with REST APIs, Webhooks, and Zapier integrations
Hands-on experience supporting applications in Agile/Scrum environments
Proficiency with Jira and ServiceNow for incident, change, and request management
Solid understanding of application maintenance and support best practices
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline
8+ years of experience in business and technical consulting or field service support engagements
5+ years of hands-on experience with Fulcrum App in implementation and/or support roles
Preferred
Experience in Gas Utility industry, with understanding of business processes across gas business units
