Responsibilities
Drive innovation by exploring emerging AI technologies, evaluating their potential impact on the business
Drive the effort to research, develop, and implement selected AI projects
Collaborate with functional teams to identify AI opportunities across various teams. Become a resource to functional areas, help functional areas build the solution customized solutions to address specific challenges
Establish partnerships with external AI vendors, research institutions, and startups to leverage external expertise and accelerate innovation
Oversee the development and deployment of AI models and algorithms, ensuring they meet high standards of performance, reliability, and scalability
Stay abreast of AI research advancements, industry best practices, and regulatory developments to ensure all AI initiatives remain at the forefront of innovation and compliance
Build and grow a high-performing team of AI experts, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to foster a culture of innovation and excellence
Qualification
Required
10+ years of financial services experience. Experience of working with financial advisors is a plus
Experience in AI innovation and implementation in a SaaS, fast-paced, hyper-growth startup environment is a huge plus
Advanced degree in Math, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine learning, or a related field
Ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement
