Responsibilities

Maintain organized records, files, and documentation in accordance with program requirements

Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, document preparation, data entry, and data organization

Track deadlines and execute deliverables to support program requirements

Assist with preparing summaries, trackers, and basic reports for program staff and leadership

Monitor and manage the program’s email inbox, ensuring timely response to all communications

Perform data mining and basic analysis to support program reporting and operational needs

Collaborate with team members to support day-to-day program operations

Required

U.S. citizenship

Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Public Policy, Public Administration, Criminal Justice, or related discipline

2-4 years of experience supporting government programs or administrative operations

Must be able to obtain a DOE Q security clearance

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience using SharePoint for document management and collaboration

Ability to work both independently and as an effective member of a collaborative team

Exceptional communication skills

Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills

Strong prioritization and time management skills

Preferred

Active Q or TOP SECRET security clearance

Prior experience supporting Department of Energy or Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency contracts

Knowledge of one or more critical infrastructure sectors; a strong plus if you have in-depth knowledge of or experience in the energy sector
