Brown & Brown is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join their growing team. The role involves managing sensitive information, assisting with training and marketing efforts, and contributing to the sales team's success through various responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Update the company database by inputting information from each call and keeping customer fields current

Collaborate with Management team for data entry projects and misc. projects

Adding clients and policies in database

Keep information confidential

Training of Teammates on:

Workflows, Quoting systems, Carrier Sites, and management systems

Carriers Knowledge by:

Set up one on one training for individual teammates

Help coordinate team carrier training

Post on Team’s carrier communication (entire Premier team)

Assist with the team on:

Reaching their sales goals by marketing accounts

Covering and helping with phone calls and emails

Completing intake sheets

Helping with UW memo’s

Profit Centers Relationships

Develop relationships with the leaders, account managers and producers at all the different PC’s

Identify opportunities to drive more business

Reporting to Leadership of success and/or areas of opportunities discovered within the team
