Kane Selection Ltd is an established and fast-growing dealer in aggregate equipment, seeking a Regional Parts Manager to take full ownership of its multi-location parts operations. This hands-on leadership role involves driving performance across teams, vendors, and supply chains along the East Coast of the USA.

Responsibilities

Lead all parts operations across multiple sites, overseeing inventory, logistics, supply chain, and vendor management
Collaborate closely with sales and procurement to forecast demand and ensure stock levels meet customer and service needs
Coach and lead a team of Parts Managers and Coordinators, building accountability, speed, and service
Strengthen vendor relationships, secure competitive pricing, and improve delivery performance
Oversee order processing, quote generation, warranty claims, and returns
Continuously improve systems and processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience

Required

Solid track record in parts leadership, ideally in aggregate, construction, or heavy equipment dealerships
Deep understanding of inventory control, procurement, vendor negotiations, and logistics
Strong leadership presence, with experience managing people and performance across locations
Comfortable using inventory management platforms and Microsoft Office tools
Willing and able to relocate to the Richmond, VA area – full relocation support provided
