Enterprise Account Executive

CyberHire.ai is partnering with a fast-growing SaaS company that builds modern software used by enterprise legal teams across the U.S. The role involves owning the entire sales process for complex, multi-stakeholder deals with enterprise customers, focusing on driving revenue growth and go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities

Own a named account list and manage deals from prospecting through close
Run discovery calls and lead executive-level product demos
Manage pipeline, forecasting, and deal progression
Sell to senior decision makers including general counsel, partners, and C-level executives
Build long-term relationships across multiple stakeholders within customer organizations
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams
Contribute to the evolution of sales strategy and playbooks by sharing insights and learnings
Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Surface customer feedback to inform product roadmap priorities

Required

At least 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
Proven track record of exceeding quota in enterprise or strategic sales roles
Experience managing complex, multi-threaded deals
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to connect product value to business outcomes
Experience selling to senior stakeholders and executive buyers
High proficiency with CRM tools and sales metrics
Strong business acumen and organizational skills
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities
Willingness to travel for client meetings and events as needed
Managing inbound and outbound opportunities
Running structured discovery and demo conversations
Objection handling and negotiation
Driving deals forward within a defined sales process
Forecasting and pipeline management

Preferred

Experience working in a hybrid or distributed environment
Familiarity with modern SaaS and AI-powered software
Ability to influence stakeholders across functions and seniority levels
Strong project management and organizational discipline
Interest in contributing to a collaborative, inclusive culture
