Responsibilities
Develop, track, and manage event budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
Monitor actual spend versus budget, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions
Create purchase requests and support purchase order and invoice processes
Manage expense tracking, accruals, reconciliations, and budget transfers
Support vendor management, including onboarding, reviews, and compliance processes
Prepare financial summaries, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support event planning and execution
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and financial accuracy
Provide guidance and support on budgeting tools, policies, and procedures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
7+ years of experience in budgeting, financial analysis, procurement, or event-related finance
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with forecasting, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
