Business Analyst – Cisco Enterprise Agreements & Licensing

Responsibilities

Provide business and operational support through effective case management and issue resolution
Manage and support Cisco Enterprise Agreements (EA), including renewals, amendments, and customer inquiries
Work extensively with Cisco CCW (Commerce Workspace), software licensing, and EAWS to process requests and resolve issues
Analyze customer requests to identify the best possible solution while minimizing escalations
Perform root cause analysis and implement both immediate fixes and long-term preventive solutions
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, CX, and Engineering) to ensure timely and quality delivery
Identify gaps in current processes and actively contribute to process improvement initiatives
Support Customer Experience (CX) and understand end-to-end operational workflows
Work in a high-pressure, cross-functional environment while managing changing priorities

Required

Hands-on experience with Cisco Enterprise Agreements (EA)
Strong working knowledge of Cisco CCW, Software Licensing, and EAWS
Experience in business support and case management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions
Experience coordinating with multiple teams to drive task completion
Self-motivated, self-driven, and proactive
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong team player with a flexible mindset
Creative, positive, and solution-oriented attitude
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs
Candidate must be local to RTP, NC and available to work onsite

Preferred

Understanding of Customer Experience (CX) and operational processes
Prior experience working in Cisco or Cisco partner environments
