Responsibilities

The Control Systems Engineer is responsible for the design, programming, configuration, and commissioning of BAS and HVAC control systems
This includes working with DDC controllers, developing control sequences, integrating mechanical equipment, configuring graphics, and supporting on-site startup
You will work directly with mechanical contractors, facility managers, commissioning agents, and internal project teams to ensure that systems are delivered on time, fully functional, and optimized for performance and efficiency

Qualification

BAS ProgrammingHVAC Systems DesignControl TheoryTroubleshootingAnalytical SkillsBAS CertificationsCommunication Skills

Required

Strong skills in BAS Programming and Systems Design
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, control theory, and mechanical/electrical fundamentals
Experience in Troubleshooting both mechanical and control issues
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and customer-facing professionalism

Preferred

Relevant certifications with one or more BAS platforms (Tridium Niagara strongly preferred)
