Media Planner
Ecco Select is seeking a Media Manager / Media Planner to lead paid media strategy and execution. This role will develop overarching media strategies and manage media budgets while serving as a primary client-facing lead.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated media strategies
Translate business objectives into paid media and traditional channel plans
Deliver tactical media recommendations across channels including digital, paid social, search, programmatic, and select traditional media
Identify market-specific and grassroots opportunities to drive local impact
Serve as the primary paid media strategist, ensuring performance, optimization, and alignment with brand standards
Oversee campaign planning, activation, and optimization across platforms
Partner with internal teams to ensure flawless execution and reporting
Own and manage overall media budgets
Monitor pacing, performance, and ROI against KPIs
Ensure spend aligns with client goals and reporting expectations
Act as a client-facing lead, presenting strategies, insights, and recommendations
Lead internal team workflows across multiple concurrent workstreams
Provide guidance and oversight to planners and channel specialists
Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, account, and analytics teams
Qualification
Required
5–8+ years of experience in media planning and paid media management
Strong expertise in US paid media landscape
Proven ability to manage multiple brands and workstreams simultaneously
Confident client communicator with presentation experience
Experience managing budgets and performance reporting
Ability to operate in Central Time and work hybrid/in-office
Preferred
Experience managing automotive or retail accounts
