Creating machine designs, through detailed drawings, utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software, SolidWorks
Collaborating with cross-functional teams
Conducting research and development (R&D)

Managing engineering projects
Ensuring timely delivery in alignment with business goals
Qualification
Required
Strong background in Mechanical Engineering, with expertise in Machine Design
Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for product design and development
Experience in leading and managing projects, including timelines and deliverables
Aptitude for Research and Development (R&D) to innovate and improve product offerings
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Familiarity with manufacturing processes, materials, and industry standards
Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required; advanced degree is a plus
Preferred
Experience in process industries such as petrochemical, power generation, or related fields is an advantage
ERP experience a plus
