Customer Support Specialist (Direct Hire)
Ultimate Staffing is a growing company in the environmental and outdoor solutions space, seeking a Field / Customer Support Specialist to join their customer support team. The role involves serving as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with internal teams for timely resolution.
Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for customer and field service inquiries
Support customers via phone, email, chat/text, and digital platforms
Learn the product and troubleshoot technical issues
Provide clear, accurate information about products and services
Document interactions and track issues using CRM tools
Escalate and follow through on urgent or complex customer needs
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution
Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements
Assist with training, projects, and ongoing process improvements
Qualification
Required
1+ year of customer service or technical support experience in an office setting
High school diploma or GED
Strong technical aptitude (CRM tools, MS Office, Zoom; Salesforce a plus)
Excellent phone and communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
Problem-solver with a customer-first mindset
Preferred
Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
Experience in landscaping, irrigation, or related industries is a bonus
