Service Technician

Responsibilities
Quickly respond to dispatched service calls, providing remote and onsite support to customers
Perform equipment troubleshooting and repairs efficiently and effectively
Perform security system troubleshooting, maintenance and installation
Perform regularly scheduled preventative maintenance on all equipment
Utilize customer relationship skills to maintain a professional image
Maintain accountability for parts inventory and company assets
Provide unequaled customer service
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
1-2 years related experience
Thorough knowledge of basic electronics
Strong technical knowledge
Strong mechanical aptitude
Clean driving record
Excellent problem-solving, decision making and troubleshooting skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Effective customer and co-worker communication, both orally and in writing
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage time
Possess the ability to manage and research assignments independently
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
Preferred
Previous experience in a customer-facing Field Service Technician position preferred
Minimum one-year experience with electromechanical equipment servicing (ATM or banking equipment strongly preferred)
Minimum one-year experience with security system maintenance and installation (physical, alarms, video, infrastructure, building)
