Responsibilities

Lead production improvement projects focused on process optimization, efficiency gains, and waste reduction

Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve operational issues and implement sustainable solutions

Analyze production data to identify opportunities for performance improvement, cost reduction, and capacity expansion

Support Lean manufacturing initiatives, process control enhancements, and equipment upgrades

Drive cross-functional project teams to meet deliverables within defined timelines and budget constraints

Develop and monitor KPIs to ensure consistent achievement of production and reliability goals

Partner with operations teams to plan and coordinate shop floor activities that align with project milestones and production priorities

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and quality control protocols

Communicate with stakeholders, providing regular updates, reports, and presentations on project status

Proficiency in technical writing and project documentation

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering
