Execute Fiber-first and converged selling strategies in-store and in the community
Drive event-based selling, partnerships, and local market activation
Coach and develop Store Managers and teams to perform at a high level
Own staffing, performance, and operational excellence across the territory
Ensure consistent execution of AT&T brand standards and expectations
Qualification
Required
Proven experience leading multiple retail locations
Strong understanding of Fiber, strategic/top-down selling, and KPI execution
Event-focused leader who knows how to drive traffic and results outside the four walls
Confident coach who builds leaders, not just numbers
