Human Resources Coordinator
Confidential company is adding an HR Coordinator/Recruiter to support ongoing growth and day-to-day people operations. This role focuses on recruiting coordination and execution, while also providing support for HR operations.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and support full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles across multiple locations
Post jobs, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and manage candidate communication
Partner closely with hiring managers to keep searches moving and organized
Support offer generation, background checks, and onboarding logistics
Maintain accurate recruiting data within the ATS/HRIS
Serve as a first point of contact for basic HR questions and employee requests
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork and system updates
Maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS
Assist with audits, reporting, and compliance-related documentation
Support HR projects related to growth, acquisitions, or process improvements
Ensure a positive, professional experience for candidates and employees
Assist with employee communications and internal coordination
Escalate employee relations matters appropriately while maintaining confidentiality
Qualification
Required
Degree preferred; relevant experience considered
2–4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR coordination, or similar role
Hands-on experience supporting recruiting processes
Strong organizational skills and follow-through
Comfortable working onsite in a fast-moving environment
Preferred
HRIS/ATS experience strongly preferred
Spanish bilingual a plus
