Responsibilities

Sit with the people doing the work to understand how things actually get done (not how the docs say they get done)

Question whether a process should exist at all before automating it

2-week sprints automating real business processes (sales, onboarding, client delivery)

Work directly with the founder—no layers, no committees

Build things that ship, not decks that sit

20 hours/week to start, potential to scale from there
