Responsibilities

Handle a diverse caseload of insurance defense matters as an Associate Attorney

Develop and execute legal strategies

Conduct legal research

Draft pleadings and motions

Appear in court proceedings for clients

Handle depositions, discovery, motions, and pleadings independently from inception to resolution

Drive to bring in new clients

Have an enthusiastic positive approach and be a team player

Exceptional writing skills, strong work ethic, and excellent research skills

Qualification

Required

Must have at least 3+ year of litigation experience to be considered

Preferred

4-10 years of experience in any of the following litigation areas: employment litigation, medical malpractice defense, toxic tort, professional liability, product liability, commercial litigation, general liability and/or trucking/transportation liability

Licensed to practice in Tennessee

Trial experience strongly preferred

Handle depositions, discovery, motions, and pleadings independently from inception to resolution

Drive to bring in new clients
