Develop and oversee workflows, project tracking, and automated task assignments in platforms like Monday, Wrike, or Jira

Maintain data integrity, security, and accessibility within company databases, and file-sharing solutions

Identify, implement, and optimize software integrations to streamline operations across departments

Analyze current systems and propose improvements for enhanced collaboration and efficiency

Provide guidance to employees on system usage and best practices

Work closely with IT teams, software vendors, and leadership to align technology solutions with business goals
