Responsibilities
Partner with Sales leadership to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
Refine scalable recruitment processes for sales functions, from sourcing to onboarding
Manage full-cycle recruitment for all-level sales roles, ensuring a high-quality pipeline and efficient hiring process
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, interview best practices, and candidate experience guidance
Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team knowledge sharing
Coordinate recruitment efforts across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals
Support change management initiatives related to recruitment tools, processes, and employer branding
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on Sales roles
Previous experience in an agency recruiting environment is required
Proven success in building and scaling recruitment processes for high-growth sales teams
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships across departments
Experience executing change management plans for small to medium-sized projects
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working independently and making decisions within defined boundaries
Willing to report to Dallas, TX office 2+ days a week
Preferred
Experience mentoring or coordinating small teams is a plus
Relevant external qualifications in HR, recruitment, or related fields are a bonus
