Required

Bachelor's degree required
4+ years HR experience in compensation or as HR Generalist
Knowledge of compensation programs, salary surveys, and HR laws
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong analytical and research skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality

Preferred

CCP or similar preferred
Experience with SAP/SuccessFactors and CompAnalyst preferred
