Responsibilities
Sort and assign engineering requests to the engineering team
Provide quotes and costing for new products and product modification requests
Develop and maintain routings, drawings, setup sheets, and inspection plans as needed
Diagnose and resolve shop issues with a practical, root-cause approach
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent experience
5+ years experience in sheet metal fabrication
Strong proficiency in 3D CAD (SolidWorks preferred) and 2D drawing standards (AutoCAD based)
Experience with CAM/nesting software and post-processing workflows
Experience with ERP/MRP systems, routings, and costing
