Manager, Finance - NXT Innovation

Responsibilities
Partner with Solutions and NXT leaders to support strategy development, investment decisions, and financial performance
Lead return-on-investment analysis for solution use cases, vertical prioritization, and acquisition opportunities
Deliver forecasting and variance analysis across margins, mix, spending, and acquisition activity
Provide financial analytics, performance tracking, and key performance indicator reporting for Solutions and NXT
Support resource planning, cost management, and roadmap execution, including integration and optimization initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in finance, strategy, or business partnering roles
Experience supporting senior leaders and influencing decisions in a complex, matrixed organization
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights (Excel, Power BI)
