Responsibilities
Support senior advisors with thoughtful client preparation, follow-ups, and implementation
Participate in discovery and review meetings, focusing on understanding clients’ full financial picture
Help transition client conversations from isolated needs to long-term, holistic planning
Assist in the development and presentation of financial plans
Prepare planning materials and maintain detailed, accurate CRM documentation
Gradually assume responsibility for client relationships as trust and experience grow
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking or financial services
Series 65 & Life, Accident, and Health license (or ability to obtain within required timeframe)
Strong attention to detail, consistency in follow-through, and a planning-oriented mindset
Enjoys working as part of a team and building long-term relationships
Preferred
Bachelor's degree (Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred)
CFP® designation not required (support available if you choose to pursue)
