Responsibilities
Performs repairs and routine preventative maintenance to production equipment
Assists with installation of new equipment and/ or modify existing equipment
Rebuilds and modifies equipment assigned, including electrically controlled equipment
Assists with maintaining all safety systems on equipment
Performs upgrades and/or changes to equipment when needed
Assists with electrical preventive maintenance on all equipment
Record and report completed repairs and items that require further attention
Assists with upgrading plant mechanical and electrical systems where necessary
Welding, cutting, grinding, sanding and use of hand power tools
Assist with maintaining equipment and electrical spare parts and ordering necessary equipment/parts for installations
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma, or equivalent
2+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
Preferred
Welding, fabrication, and mechanical experience
