Accounting Analyst

Perform monthly closing and reconciliation of asset management system to the general ledger
Identify potential equipment assets from expenditure records
Test asset management system upgrades
Coordinate the annual inventory of major equipment assets
Provide regular reports from the asset management system

Required

Bachelor's degree in accounting (preferred) and/or appropriate combination of education and experience is required
Proficient with Microsoft Office products

Strong attention to detail and time sensitive deadlines
Ability to organize and prioritize work
Maintains confidentiality and diverse work environment
Enthusiastic team player; positive approach to work and the University
