Responsibilities

Provide senior-level strategic operations support to I MEF leadership and staff

Support development, integration, and synchronization of operational plans and initiatives

Coordinate strategic operations activities across I MEF staff sections and Major Subordinate Commands

Support planning conferences, working groups, and senior-level operational forums

Analyze operational requirements, risks, and constraints and provide recommendations to leadership

Prepare executive-level briefings, reports, and decision-support products

Coordinate with joint, interagency, and service partners as required

Track strategic initiatives, milestones, and deliverables to support mission execution

Operate independently while providing senior-level judgment and advisory support

Required

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent military experience)

10+ years of experience in strategic or operational planning within a DoD environment

Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders and staff-level operations

Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills

Ability to operate independently in complex operational environments

Active TS/SCI clearance

Preferred

Experience supporting MEF-level, Joint, or Combatant Command operations

Familiarity with joint planning processes and operational synchronization
