Inside Sales Account Executive
Orion Wholesale is seeking driven, coachable, and results-oriented Sales Executives to join their inside sales team. The role involves managing a high volume of outbound activity, building strong dealer relationships, and consistently driving revenue in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound sales activity (100–120 calls per day)
Acquire new dealer accounts and expand existing relationships
Build trust-based, long-term partnerships
Accurately process orders and manage accounts
Maintain strong knowledge of products, pricing, and industry compliance
Participate in daily huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
Coachable and receptive to feedback
Comfortable working in a metric-driven sales environment
Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications
Preferred
Experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer-facing roles preferred
