Responsibilities

Overseeing tellers and their transactions at the branch

Coaching, developing, and educating team members

Handling branch reporting on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis

Promoting the bank’s services and providing outstanding customer service

Maintaining vault cash and coin while ensuring cash limits are not exceeded

Acting as a source of knowledge of banking policies and procedures

Collaborating with various departments within the organization

Required

A minimum 2+ years of banking experience

High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred

Prior leadership experience in the banking industry
