Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end loan operations, including reviewing loan applications, managing documentation, assisting with underwriting and processing, and completing post-closing activities

Consult with our members to determine their financial needs, discuss their short- and long-term goals, and share best practices for optimal financial wellbeing

Respond quickly to inquiries and advise members on options, timelines and next steps, building trust and confidence throughout the process

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy and member experience within loan processes

Stay current on lending regulations and create successful modern lending strategies

Collaborate closely with teammates and fill in on a variety of credit union duties as needed to ensure consistent, high-quality service for members, no matter their need
