Responsibilities

Support regulatory documentation including RoHS, REACH, TSCA, and other material compliance requirements
Maintain accurate product records, SDS files, and certification archives
Assist customers with compliance requests, documentation packets, and audit responses
Ensure internal processes meet company and industry standards
Contribute to workflow improvements, SOP updates, and cross-department alignment
Tier 1-2 support
Troubleshoot issues via phone, email, ticketing systems, and remote tools
Document technical cases, resolutions, and patterns to support continuous improvement
Assist with product testing and QA verification
Collaborate with engineering to escalate complex issues

Qualification

Required

1-3 years of experience in technical support, compliance, QA, or a related field
Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus
Strong troubleshooting skills and comfort with hardware/software environments
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance documentation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and follow-through
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Customer-centric mindset with a solution-oriented approach

Preferred

Experience with CRM or ticketing systems
Knowledge of manufacturing environments
Comfort with workflow documentation and process design
Technical aptitude with peripherals, drivers, and device configuration
