Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries across phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy
Log, track, and resolve tickets in the CRM/ticketing system; escalate complex issues to technical teams when required
Meet or exceed quality, accuracy, and response-time SLAs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Guide customers through account setup, billing inquiries, product troubleshooting, and basic technical steps using documented playbooks
Document clear case notes, reproduce customer issues, and follow up until resolution to maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT)
Participate in regular coaching, QA reviews, and knowledge-base updates to improve team performance and first-contact resolution
