Efficiently identify and resolve incidents to minimize operational disruptions

Ensure timely communication with relevant stakeholders regarding incident status and progress

Develop and implement streamlined processes and procedures for effective incident management

Lead and coordinate the efforts of incident response teams to ensure swift action and resolution

Escalate critical incidents appropriately to mitigate risks and ensure prompt resolution

Analyze and report on incident data and trends to inform future preventative measures
