Responsibilities

Championing the User: Serve as the voice of the user to turn pain points into meaningful UX improvements. Manage a user communication strategy derived from ongoing surveys and feedback gathering. Fully own the user journey from onboarding to progression
Driving Platform Excellence: Enhance platform efficiency and performance by creating robust user analytics dashboards, managing intake requests, and partnering with tech teams on compliance and modernization efforts
Strategic Execution: Work across the platform with product and tech leadership to shape a roadmap that centers the user experience, promotes a well-governed platform, integrates with the converging ecosystem of products, all while pushing the envelope on new AI-driven capabilities

Required

At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Preferred

Experience leading product management for enterprise platforms, MLOps, data science, or internal developer tools
Familiarity with cloud computing environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Kubernetes)
Industry recognized professional certifications (CISSP, GIAC, CISM, CCSP, CISA, CRISC, SAFe Product Management, AWS Security, AWS Advanced Networking Specialty, AWS Solutions Architect)
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
