Responsibilities
Conduct first level triage and analysis of failures encountered during testing and work with key stakeholders to drive to resolution
Have a high-level understanding of the different facets Flash/SSD devices and testing methodologies to act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the validation group
Prepare nightly and weekly reports for validation/product teams to present project status and progress
Review and analyze NVMe SSD validation requirements from customer/architecture specs and influence product design for test and debug
Research and implement innovative ways to test/validate NVMe SSD's
Work with FW and Test Development teams to design tailormade tests for reproduction and investigation of customer reported issues
Coordinate with internal tools team to identify and define new features needed to improve the coverage and capacity of inhouse tools
Design and implement test infrastructure enhancements to ensure proper and efficient validation of Flash/SSD products
Qualification
Required
BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering or related field is required
1-3 years of relevant experience is required
Experience in analog and/or digital electronics, C/C++, Python, Linux/Windows operating systems is required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Interest in SSD, flash, semiconductor, components, and nonvolatile memory industry - Nice to have
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Windows and Linux server storage environments
