Responsibilities
Elevate and champion the Enterprise Data agenda
Oversee the performance and progress of multiple product teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategy
Collaborate with product leaders to identify long term strategies to improve velocity and increase success through streamlining processes
Identify, assess and manage risks across the portfolio, providing mitigation strategies to product leaders
Communicate to product teams, ensuring clear communication on goals, progress and challenges
Collaborate with program, product, tech and design teams to provide integrated support and oversight with a unified view of status, accomplishments, priorities and risks
Implement governance and change management process and coordination across Enterprise Data platforms
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to product leaders, acting as a trusted advisor for portfolio-related decisions
Demonstrate outstanding communication and partnership skills with key stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes
Demonstrate organizational agility to adapt to changing demands and work in a dynamic environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
At least 4 Years of experience in Project Management
An analytical thinker able to use data to drive prioritization across cross functional teams
Extremely organized with strong task coordination, and time management skills to drive and deliver results
Able to handle ambiguity and able to dive deep without losing sight of the project's direction and commitment
Experienced communicating and influencing senior leaders and partners
Demonstrated ability to manage complex and technically-oriented projects
Effective communication skills to executive levels
Ability to connect dots across teams, stakeholders and customers to avoid delays and identify opportunities to accelerate work
Proven track record of delivering highly complex solutions end to end
Rigorous organization skills
Passion for delivering customer value
Outstanding communication and partnership skills with key stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes
Demonstrated organizational agility to adapt to changing demands and work in a dynamic environment
Preferred
PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
Masters or MBA degree
Experience leading knowledge management related projects
Exposure to Agile methodology
