Responsibilities

Lead design in key assigned area: Women’s Health

Effectively communicate UX strategy and design-thinking rationale to mitigate ambiguity and distill complex ideas so that others can quickly comprehend them Promote design cohesion across our ecosystem Collaborate cross-functionally with research, service design, content design, engineering, and analytics building alliances, facilitating strategy sessions, and helping teams work through differences to deliver with excellence

Inspire trust and confidence with stakeholders and product managers to align on concepts, requirements, and delivery

Offer thought partnership to define new features and roadmap priorities Effectively manage scope, dependencies and risks associated with complex projects

Coach and mentor other designers and team members, providing direct feedback, critique, and guidance to push the experience to the next level

Understand and continually evangelize our customers and what they need to make informed healthcare decisions for themselves and their families

Promote inclusive design standards and guidelines for desktop, R-web, and mobile

Required

5+ years' experience in UX design or product design

Expert experience in Figma

Strong creative portfolio demonstrating robust UX process and polished designs for desktop, R-web, and native mobile platforms

Demonstrated experience, passion, or familiarity designing for women's health journeys including fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and/or menopause
