Senior Regional Account Manager – Frozen
Beecher’s Handmade Cheese is scaling its premium frozen entrée business nationally, and they are seeking a Senior Regional Account Manager – Frozen to own all frozen accounts across the Midwest and East Coast. This high-accountability role involves significant travel and requires a strong leader to drive execution and manage broker relationships effectively.
Responsibilities
Full responsibility for all frozen accounts across the Midwest and East Coast (excluding select national customers)
50%+ travel to customer markets, brokers, and store visits
Distribution growth, line reviews, and resets
SKU-level velocity and post-reset performance
Forecast accuracy and supply coordination
Broker leadership and accountability across assigned regions
Clear prioritization across multiple banners, doors, and decision-makers
Retailer-specific strategies for both natural and conventional channels
Qualification
Required
7+ years of CPG sales experience with meaningful the frozen category
Direct ownership of multiple regional or mid-tier accounts
Proven ability to win and expand distribution with limited trade spend
Proven ability to lead line reviews and resets
Proven ability to manage SKU-level velocity and make hard calls
Proven ability to own forecasting and service-level conversations
Experience across both natural and conventional retail
Strong broker leadership skills
Comfort operating independently with 50%+ travel
