The-Artery is seeking a VFX Coordinator to support commercial and film projects. This role works closely with Producers, VFX Supervisors, and Artists to keep projects running smoothly from kickoff through delivery.

Responsibilities

Support Producers with day-to-day project coordination and execution

Assist Producers with maintaining shot lists, schedules, and production documentation

Coordinate client sessions, reviews, and internal meetings and distribute notes

Liaise between production and artists to ensure project needs are met

Assist with client communication and quality control

Compile reference materials, pitch assets, and job wrap deliverables

Maintain internal databases, archives, and showreels

Help improve production workflows and internal processes
