Responsibilities
Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals for the sales of Class C and Towable units
Develops effective sales incentive programs which support company’s goals for growth
Directs, builds, develops, and manages a sales and marketing team
Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers, distributors, and customers
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence
Develop and execute marketing initiatives and promotional activities to support the company
Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective dealers/retailers
Direct market analysis of local competition to ensure competitive advantage
Achieve sales targets and outcomes
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 7-10 years of sales experience in the RV industry
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in sales management within the RV industry or a similar field
Strong leadership and interpersonal skill with excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of RV products, market trends, and customer preferences
Must be well-organized and prioritize tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and AS400
Ability to travel as needed
