Ability to implement and manage CM processes and procedures on multiple programs

Excellent problem solving ability
Prepare and deliver timely software releases to customers
Knowledge to install and configure software on deliverable PCs
Ability to scale Lean and Agile software development practices and understand the opportunities and challenges associated with facilitating and continuously aligning a large program
Provide technical support to software development teams regarding usage of development tools and processes
Experience in continuous integration software release environment, must have CM tool and continuous integration tool experience (preferably GitHub and Jenkins)
Responsible for preparing Configuration Management Plans and Version Description Documents
Responsible for controlling source code, project documents, and process documents
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or computer related field
Must possess at least 3 years' experience in the simulation or software development industry
Ability to interface with internal and external customers
