HR Project Manager
Horizontal Talent is seeking an HR Project Manager to support various HR initiatives in a dynamic work environment. This role involves collaborating with diverse stakeholders to drive key projects related to Compensation, Benefits, Change Management, and HRIS initiatives.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee project activities related to Compensation, Benefits, Change Management, and HRIS initiatives
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, timelines, and reporting dashboards to ensure stakeholders are well-informed
Facilitate governance routines, including steering committees and working sessions
Provide operational support for Compensation and Benefits workstreams, ensuring milestones and dependencies are tracked and met
Assist in developing and executing change management deliverables, such as communication plans and training coordination
Prepare agendas and presentation materials to facilitate communication across HR, Finance, Technology, and business teams
Identify and address process gaps, working closely with leadership to ensure timely resolution
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience in project management or related coordination roles
Proficiency in Excel, including experience with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines effectively
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Preferred
Experience with Total Rewards, HRIS implementations, or large-scale HR projects
Familiarity with change management practices such as PROSCI or ADKAR
Comfortable balancing strategic support with hands-on execution
