TubeScience is the leading performance video agency, blending world-class creative with real-time data to drive measurable growth. They are seeking a Vice President of Sales to own and accelerate new mid-market revenue, managing the full sales cycle and shaping the go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities
Drive new revenue through outbound prospecting and existing executive relationships
Own complex sales cycles — from first conversation through negotiation and close
Build and execute strategic account plans for high-value prospects and priority verticals
Partner with Marketing, Strategy, and Creative teams to craft compelling pitches, proposals, and deal structures
Represent TubeScience at industry events and within your professional network
Help refine sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting as the sales function scales
Qualification
Required
10+ years of sales experience in media, creative, or advertising agency services
Proven track record of closing 6-figure mid-market deals
Deep, trusted relationships with senior marketing and growth leaders at major brands
Master understanding of digital advertising and performance marketing
Polished communicator with executive-level presence and presentation skills
Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and comfortable building in fast-moving environments
Based in Los Angeles or willing to relocate
