Responsibilities

Execute new business development strategy aligned with company growth goals
Identify, prospect, and qualify new clients through outbound efforts, networking, referrals, and inbound leads
Lead the full sales cycle from initial outreach through proposal development, negotiation, and close
Develop compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs
Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
Serve as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, deeply understanding their business objectives and challenges
Build strong executive-level relationships with key decision-makers
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposed solutions are strategic, feasible, and differentiated
Transition new clients smoothly into account management or delivery teams post-close
Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities
Contribute to go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Provide feedback to leadership on market needs, pricing, and service offerings

Required

7+ years of experience in new business development, sales, or account leadership (specifically in Print, POP/POS, Brand Environments and Branded Merchandise)
Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals
Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
Experience engaging senior-level stakeholders and C-suite executives
Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities
Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen
Results-driven with a hunter mentality
Highly relationship-oriented and client-focused
Confident, credible, and persuasive communicator
Organized and disciplined in pipeline and CRM management
Collaborative team player with leadership presence
